The Marina Restaurant is the only fine dining establishment in Gisborne. We are seeking a full time sous chef for the 2012-2013 season starting end of September beginning October. Applicant must have experience at similar level, be able to work as a member of a tight small team, and or unsupervised. Ideally will be European trained in French cuisine.
