We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie - pâtisserie to join our busy team starting from 1st March 2020. Must have previous experience at this level. Must be able to work unsupervised, and be able to be fully responsible for the entree section and dessert section. This is not an entry level position, and requires a chef who can competently take control of the larder section of the kitchen. The restaurant is open 5 days a week from Tuesday to Saturday with three lunch services per week from Thursday to Saturday. This is initially a contract till the end of July 2020, but with possibility of an extension and sponsorship.
